GW in bulk systems

Create the input

$ yambo -F 02_gw.in -p p -g n   (for a 3D)

or

$ yambo -F 03_gw_2D.in -p p -g n -r (for a 2D)

Open it and change some of the input variables

   bla bla .......

Close in input file and run the code

$ yambo -F 02_gw.in  (3D)

or

$ yambo -F 02_gw_2D.in (2D)
